THE CENTER FOR CLINICAL AGE MANAGEMENT

The Center For Clinical Age Management is a comprehensive multispecialty group approach to aging. The facility is approximately 5000 square feet with state of the art medical technology.

On site we have Sciton long plse ND:YAG laser and Sciton erium:YAG laser Medlite IV. State of the art electronic body composition anaylsis by harmless near-infrared light to provide the body fat, lean mass, normalized body water and Body Mass Index measure. Physical strength assement is done with spirometry and handgrip dynamometer.

All blood draws and electrocardiograms are done on premises. High speed CT-scanner is available same day just 3 minutes from our office. We are staffed by a Board Certified Anti-Aging Physician, a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and a Bariatric Physician.

GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR AGE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

Step 1 - Peruse our site to learn about the various treatment programs we offer at the Center. We realize the information on our site is quite extensive. Our goal is to educate our patients on the unique science of Age Management so that we can work together to design a comprehensive program that will coinincide with your current medial concerns and longevity goals.

Step 2 - Call us at 561.367.9101 to speak to a member of our staff or fill out our Online Contact Form and we will provide you with all the information you will need to access our password protected 'patients-only' section of our website. At this time we may also schedule you for an initial phone consultation with Dr. Brizel so that he can evaluate your unique needs, recommend and prescribe the blood work you will need before begining your Age Management program.

Step 4 - Testing can be done in the following manner

1)If you live locally blood work is drawn each morning

2)If you are from out of town blood work sheets can be faxed to your home and you can go to any local lab for blood draw, labs will be sent to us

3)A Kronos lab draw kit can be sent to you and you can go to a local hospital to get the blood drawn or we can make arrangements to have someone come directly to your house to draw blood.

Step 5 - Visit our 'patients-only' section where you will be able to download all the required forms needed to begin your Age Management program. These forms are all Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files. If you do not have the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader you can download it HERE. You will have already received your patient access code to sign-in. The download procedure is explained in detail and the forms are categorized by male or female. Our forms are slightly longer then what you may be accustomed to, thus we have made them available before your first visit so that you can take your time and can fill them out at your convenience.

Step 6 - After we receive all the results from your labwork we will contact you to schedule your initial appointment. For out of state patients we are in the process of setting up a video-conferencing system that will enable you to attend your appointment with Dr. Brizel online - without having to incur any extra expenses for travel.
