Anti-Aging medicine is preventative medicine practiced at it's highest level and therefore, insurance plans, particularly managed-care plans, do not pay for this service. All patients are requested to make full payment at the time of service. We take cash or check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.

We will provide you with an itemized bill to submit to your insurance company; however, we cannot guarantee complete coverage of blood work sent through your plan. Please note that you will be responsible to pay for any tests not covered by your insurance company.

If you have indemnity insurance you may choose to submit a claim for possible reimbursement. At each visit we will be happy to provide you the codes and information you need to file your own claim. In that way any moneys that are reimbursed will come directly to you. We can make no guarantees or assurances that you will be reimbursed for these services.

If you are a Medicare patient you will NOT receive any reimbursement from Medicare for any of these services. Medicare has very stringent reimbursement criteria, and does not cover preventative or Anti-Aging medicine at this time. We will of course see patients over 65 but please do not ask us to file any Medicare claims.
